Senior Backend Developer (DevOps Experience required)

We are currently seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Backend + DevOps) to join our dynamic tech startup. This role requires a high level of motivation and expertise in backend development, DevOps, and project management. As a part of our team, you will collaborate closely with the founders and core team to enhance and optimize our platform for superior performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Taking the lead in backend development using Node.js / Python / Go or similar technologies. - Designing scalable APIs and backend systems. - Managing infrastructure and deployment pipelines on AWS or GCP. - Ensuring system reliability, security, and adherence to CI/CD best practices. - Facilitating agile processes, sprint planning, and conducting code reviews. - Working in conjunction with product and design teams to deliver features within specified timelines. - Mentoring junior developers and upholding code quality standards. Qualifications: - 6-8 years of experience in technology-related roles. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development. - Minimum 2 years of practical experience in cloud infrastructure & DevOps (AWS or GCP). - At least 2 years of leading projects or engineering teams. - Proficiency in system architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
