Job Title: Senior B2B PPC Strategist

Position

  • Multi-Funnel Architecture: Design, build, and manage distinct, high-performance paid funnels for each of our core service offerings

  • LinkedIn Ads & ABM Mastery: Serve as our in-house expert for LinkedIn Ads. You will execute sophisticated lead generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, targeting our key Ideal Customer Profile in our targeted geographies.
  • High-Intent Google Ads: Dominate the high-intent search landscape. You will build and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing) for high-value, low-volume keywords.
  • Asset & Conversion Optimization (CRO): This is critical. You will leverage our existing Case Studies and Blogs as lead magnets. You will create, A/B test, and optimize dedicated landing pages, ad copy, and CTAs to maximize our conversion rates and lower our Cost-Per-MQL.
  • Budget & Performance Governance: Take full ownership of a significant paid media budget, ensuring intelligent allocation across all funnels to maximize pipeline value and ROI.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Establish a rigorous analytics framework. You will report directly to leadership with actionable insightsnot just data. Your core metrics will be MQLs Generated, Cost-Per-MQL, MQL-to-SQL Conversion Rate, and Ad-Spend-to-Pipeline-Value.

Required

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on B2B PPC experience.
  • You must have 5+ years of demonstrable experience generating high-value leads for a Digital Agency, Software Development Firm, or high-ticket B2B service company. (Experience in B2C or E-commerce product sales is not relevant.)
  • LinkedIn Ads Expertise: A proven portfolio of running complex, high-spend LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content) that successfully generated qualified leads from international markets (US, UK, EU, AU).
  • Google Ads Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display) for B2B services, including a deep understanding of bidding strategies for high-cost, high-value keywords.
  • CRO & Funnel Building: You must be able to provide clear examples of funnels you have built. This includes showing the ad copy, the landing page design, and the "lead magnet" (e.g., whitepaper, case study) you used to achieve conversions.
  • Analytical Stack: Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and landing page platforms.
  • Communication: Flawless written and verbal English, with the ability to write persuasive copy for a senior international audience.
