Senior Automation Testing Engineer (Python)

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Miratech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of software releases for our client, a leading cloud contact center platform known for its advanced call routing, analytics, and automation tools. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze logs and debug ongoing processes to ensure smooth automation testing. - Update existing automation tests from the backlog and deploy automated tests in internal test environments. - Collaborate with the network team and other departments to understand project scopes and report on testing progress. - Develop new test automation methodologies and mentor team members. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing a custom Python-Selenium based automation framework for thorough testing. - Creating and implementing new test scripts for end-to-end product testing. - Reviewing and interpreting test results to identify issues and improve automation processes. - Working closely with other teams to align goals and strategies. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in QA Automation. - Hands-on experience with Python 3x and good knowledge of data structures. - Understanding of programming techniques, REST API automation, and Linux-based systems. - Proficiency in JIRA, Git, and testing methodologies. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Nice to have: - Interpersonal and communication skills. - Pro-activity in seeking new automation opportunities. - Experience with AWS/GCP Automation frameworks and cloud computing solutions. - Practical experience with MySQL and configuration tools like Salesforce and ServiceNow.
