Senior Audit Manager - Change Delivery

As a Senior Audit Manager in the Change Transformation Group Internal Audit (GIA) team of Standard Chartered Bank, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective management of Change to prevent adverse client outcomes, regulatory breaches, and damage to the Group's reputation. Your responsibilities will involve executing audits across various areas such as Ways of Working (WOW), project lifecycle, Classic and Agile delivery, project governance, reporting and monitoring, scheduling, resource management, and financial management. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining awareness of the Group's business strategy and Transformation priorities, planning and conducting internal audit engagements to deliver agreed assurance objectives, preparing quality audit reports with actionable recommendations, sharing knowledge with team members, standardizing processes and documentation, tracking audit issues related to Change, and ensuring compliance with GIA methodology standards. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in audit with a focus on Change delivery and Agile concepts, preferably in the Banking and Financial services industry. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate technical issues in a clear and concise manner will be essential. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's or university degree in a related discipline, along with professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP.
