Senior Associate/Senior Executive/ Team Leader/ Senior Team Leader - Engineering

As a Senior Associate to Senior Team Leader in the Engineering function at Viatris, you will be a valuable member of the team at the Sterile Manufacturing Facility in SFF, Bommasandra Unit, Bangalore. Your role will involve handling multiple engineering responsibilities focusing on Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance, specifically in a sterile shop floor environment. You are expected to have hands-on experience with sterile area equipment, conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the upkeep of the facility. Key Responsibilities: - Operation and maintenance of vial washing, tunnels, filling & sealing machines, and manufacturing vessels - Familiarity with Lyophilizers and Auto-loading systems (for Executive/Associate roles) - Conducting Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and troubleshooting activities - Understanding of sterile manufacturing environments and adherence to regulatory requirements - Analyzing breakdowns and maintaining metrics such as MTTR / MTBF - Taking overall responsibility for facility maintenance - Proficiency in English communication Qualification and Experience: - Qualification: BE / Btech in Mechanical or Electrical - Experience: 5 to 15 years - Mandatory: Experience in Injectable products - Willingness to work in shifts About Viatris: At Viatris, we are committed to transforming healthcare to meet evolving needs worldwide.
