Senior Associate_O9 / IBP Solutions Architect

As a Senior Consultant at our organization, you will be responsible for driving technical implementations of o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or SAP IBP solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop technical specifications, and lead the implementation journey. Your role will involve translating business needs into technical and architecture requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the engagement delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive technical implementation of o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or SAP IBP solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Develop materials for design and process discussions with clients - Conduct design discussions with clients to make key design decisions - Support the design and architecture of the technology framework - Develop testing strategies and test scenarios - Identify gaps and develop custom design specifications - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation - Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed - Conduct training sessions for internal and client teams **Education:** - Required: MBA / MTech or a Master's degree in a related field **Certifications:** - Certifications related to o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or other relevant technologies **Required Skills:** - Functional and technical expertise in o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or SAP IBP - Supply chain planning domain experience in demand planning, supply and inventory planning, production planning, S&OP, and IBP **Optional Skills:** - Advanced understanding of data models for o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or SAP IBP - Experience with other supply chain planning solutions - Database: SQL, Python on HADOOP, R-Scripts - MS SSIS integration skills, HADOOP HIVE In this role, you may be required to travel depending on client requirements.,
