Senior Associate - Video Editor (Brand & Social)

The Role

Roles and Responsibility -

• Edit 2530 short-form videos each month Reels, Shorts, mashups, founder highlights, and cultural commentary.
• Shape the post-production for founder interviews, roundtables, and brand campaigns.
• Use AI-powered tools (Vizard, Runway, Descript, OpusClip, etc.) to streamline clipping, transcription, and rough cuts.
• Maintain a consistent design aesthetic typography, transitions, grading, and sound identity.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Lead and brand team to evolve Razorpay's visual language and content strategy.
• Develop and maintain edit templates, LUTs, and motion packs for faster, scalable production.

What You'll Need -

• 24 years of professional editing experience in brand, creator, or agency setups.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• A reel that demonstrates short-form storytelling, rhythm, and taste not just polish.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate workflows and generate first cuts.
• Strong sense of design, typography, and sonic rhythm.
• Deep curiosity for the creator economy, startup culture, and internet trends.
• Ability to think beyond execution understanding how editing drives emotion, brand voice, and reach.
