Senior Associate, Supply Chain & Procurement

Role Overview: You will be an integral part of the Supply Chain & Operations advisory team at A&M, responsible for driving supply chain optimization, analytics, and strategy projects for clients. As a techno-functional supply chain manager, you will work independently as a key contributor, leveraging your expertise to support clients in achieving their supply chain goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop supply chain strategies including target operating models, maturity assessments, and process transformations such as Forecast to Plan, Schedule to Produce, Maintain to Optimize, Store to Fulfil, or Idea to Commercialization. - Utilize supply chain analytics to support client deliverables, including building models like SKU rationalization, cost-to-serve model, centre-of-gravity, RCCP, customer segmentation, spend cube, OTIF, Control Tower, Digital Twin, etc. - Understand and contribute to supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning (Inventory, procurement, & logistics). - Implement supply chain optimization solutions such as inventory optimization, cost optimization, network optimization, warehouse operations optimization, etc. - Experience or certification in Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Linear programming platforms, etc. would be advantageous. Qualifications Required: - MBA/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and consulting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. - High motivation for learning and growth. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to excel in a deadline-driven environment.
