Senior Associate - Planning

As a Senior Associate in Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of e-commerce users in India. You will be part of a diverse team of professionals dedicated to problem-solving and innovation. Your primary focus will be on reimagining logistics and supply chain to revolutionize e-commerce in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. - Build long term and short term projections aligned with organizational goals - Analyze data and operational issues to predict daily volume and provide actionable insights to stakeholders - Drive programs with internal and external stakeholders to enhance end-user experience - Conduct data analysis to generate insights and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new processes for optimizing projection accuracy and improving customer experience - Partner with analytics, product, fulfillment, 3PL, and leadership teams to enhance user experience and reduce business costs - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 1-2 years of work experience in start-ups, consumer internet companies, management consulting, or operations - Strong data-driven mindset and problem-solving skills - Ability to formulate business insights and drive initiatives independently - Proficiency in Excel; SQL experience is preferred - Expertise in stakeholder management across multiple fronts,
