Job Description

As an MSFS UiPath Developer at Morgan Stanley Fund Services, you will be part of the Intelligent Automation team driving digital transformation within the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with business users and technology partners to design and deliver processes using UiPath and other RPA tools. Your responsibilities will include understanding and documenting business requirements, proposing automation solutions, designing flexible and scalable bots, developing and deploying process automations, and ensuring adherence to RPA design principles. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with executive management and business users to document business requirements in PDD - Propose automation solutions using appropriate tools - Design solutions for Attended / unattended Bots that are flexible and scalable - Develop, test, and deploy process automations using RPA tools like UiPath, Alteryx, and Power Automate - Work with stakeholders for prioritization and tracking of requirements - Proactively identify and report risks and issues, track progress, and project benefits - Monitor and measure the effectiveness of digital robots and create impact reports - Ensure RPA processes are designed in accordance with standard RPA principles Qualifications Desired: - MBA/ B Tech/ MCA/ M Tech with relevant work experience in the finance industry - 3-8 years of experience in software development and RPA technologies - Proficiency in UiPath technologies and other RPA tools - Experience in all phases of the RPA life cycle and familiarity with RPA best practices - Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively - Strong team player Qualifications Nice-to-have: - UiPath Advance Developer Certification - Experience in delivering Machine Learning & AI use cases - Knowledge of automation toolkits like Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI - Experience in data analytics and decision-making tools - Working knowledge of other RPA tools and programming languages Join Morgan Stanley Fund Services to be part of a diverse and inclusive environment where you can maximize your potential.
