Senior Associate - Oracle Cloud ERP SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for 5.5+ Yrs experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud SCM solutions along with a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and Fusion architecture. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, configurations and solution design. Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Inventory, Product Hub, Order Management, GOP Purchasing, Supplier Portal and Procurement Self-Service. Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet customer needs. Develop AN100 documents for reports, conversions, integrations and other key project deliverables. Work on Fusion Approval Management (AMX) processes and configurations. Manage users, roles and security within Oracle Cloud SCM applications. Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and provide functional expertise. Support system testing, user training and post-go-live support. Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration and custom development as needed. Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements. Key Skills & Qualifications: 5.5-12 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant. At least one end-to-end implementation experience in Oracle Cloud SCM modules. Strong understanding of Fusion SCM architecture and processes. Proficiency in writing AN100 documents for reports, conversions and integrations. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Approval Management (AMX). Strong stakeholder and client management skills. Ability to work in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multiple Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM modules.
