Senior Associate - Invoice Processing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing guidance, training, and development opportunities as needed. Ensuring all transaction processing is completed within SLA with accuracy. Managing the AP month close and preparing monthly AP account reconciliations. Attending Review Calls with internal stakeholders and handling vendor escalations. You must have an excellent understanding of the PTP process, PO & NON-PO invoices, and exceptional handling. Coordinating with the purchasing department & other Departments for Vendor creation & Master data maintenance will also be part of your role. Qualifications Required: - A bachelor's degree related to accounting/finance is minimum. - 8+ years of experience in the P2P process. - SAP S4 Hana experience is a must. - Good knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping concepts and internal controls. - Proven Experience in ensuring smooth delivery of operations. - Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, Outlook & Word. - Proficient in English. - Proven skills in driving Customer satisfaction.,
