Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the quotation process to acquire new customers and/or up-sell to existing customers. - Manage procurement of data services like IPLC, FR, MPLS, L2 circuits, Ethernet, DSL, etc. - Manage Contracts/MSA. - Lead network and cost optimization projects including renewals of network deals and achieving cost reductions. - Handle escalations from Service Delivery and operations related to vendors or partners. - Negotiate billing disputes with vendors if escalated. - Travel as necessary to meet vendors and partners. - Undertake any additional tasks assigned based on business needs. Qualifications Required: - BE/Btech with 6+ years of Telecom experience, with at least 4 years in the international market. - Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, fluent in English (written and verbal). - Knowledge of Access technologies & market price points. - Existing Relationship with international telecom carriers. - Extensive experience in circuit price negotiations. - Speaking any international language is a plus point. - Strong analytical skills.
