Senior Associate Delivery Consultant

As a Senior Associate Delivery Consultant, you will be consulting with clients during implementations to deliver client-specific upgrades. This includes testing, training, and complete client-specific design using appropriate tools. You will also be involved in full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow-up actions. It is essential to have a good understanding of the healthcare domain and testing, as well as knowledge on issue resolution. Collaboration activities and supporting peer associates are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you should have proficiency in configuration activities. Your responsibilities will also include developing and executing test plans, test script execution, and reviewing new defects. You will need to write steps to test, outline information for change requests, notify clients, and note changes in end-user functionality. Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying new issues and reporting them to solution and engagement leadership. Leveraging internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution is also part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Health Care Administration, Communications, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent relevant work experience will be considered. You should have 0.6-2 years of system implementation experience. This role is at Career Level IC1.,
