Senior Associate - Data Analytics Solutions

As an Associate in the J.P. Morgan Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk (CCOR) Data Analytics team, you will be a key contributor to developing innovative automation and analytical solutions to enhance risk management and compliance processes. Leveraging tools such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and Large Language Models (LLMs), you will work with diverse datasets to improve risk management processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include designing, deploying, and managing automation/analytical solutions using Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and LLMs for compliance and risk management purposes. You will also be tasked with creating insightful dashboards to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making and automating monitoring/test activities within compliance teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, interpreting complex data sets, and effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing documentation, guidelines, and standardized processes to ensure consistency in solution management. Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into compliance and risk management strategies will be crucial. Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather feedback and insights to align solutions with business needs and objectives will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a top-tier university. With at least 8+ years of experience in developing automation and analytical solutions, including recent exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), proficiency in tools like Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and LLMs is required. Adeptness at performance tuning of complex SQL sources and exposure to solutions leveraging Agent AI will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.,
