Senior Associate - Data Analytics Solutions

The Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk (CCOR) Data Science function at J.P. Morgan is dedicated to developing innovative Analytical & Gen AI-based automation solutions to enhance risk management and compliance processes. By utilizing automation, analytics, and Large Language Models (LLMs), our team is transforming how we manage compliance conduct and operational risks across the organization. As an Associate in the CCOR Data Analytics team, you will have a significant role in developing solutions to improve compliance and risk management. Your main responsibilities will involve utilizing Python, Alteryx, Tableau & LLMs to create automated and analytical solutions that support compliance monitoring. Working with diverse datasets, you will contribute to enhancing our risk management processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and manage automation/analytical solutions using Python, Alteryx, Tableau & LLMs for compliance and risk management. - Create insightful dashboards to offer actionable insights for informed decision-making. - Develop solutions with Python and Alteryx to automate monitoring and testing activities within compliance teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful deployment. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets. - Effectively communicate technical concepts and provide training to technical and non-technical stakeholders for better utilization of analytical tools. - Establish documentation and guidelines to standardize processes and maintain consistency in solution management. - Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into compliance and risk management strategies. - Conduct workshops and meetings to gather feedback and insights, ensuring solutions align with business needs and objectives. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a top-tier university. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing automation and analytical solutions, with recent exposure to LLMs. - Proficiency in Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and LLMs. - Skilled in performance tuning of complex SQL sources. - Exposure to solutions leveraging Agent AI is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication of ideas and results.,
