Job Description

Role Overview: As a Grade Specific at Capgemini, your key role and responsibility will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders, brokers, and supplier partners to ensure that all settlement activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. You will be tasked with actioning requests and executing processes necessary to manage settlement and funding activities through to completion. Additionally, you will provide support to lending customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring products and services are maintained in line with customer Group policies and procedures. It is crucial to keep the end customer in mind while actioning every request, decision, task, and outcome with care, empathy, and confidence, building trust, taking ownership, and acting with integrity towards customers, partners, and brokers at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, brokers, and supplier partners to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures - Action requests and execute processes to manage settlement and funding activities - Provide support to lending customers throughout their lifecycle - Maintain products and services in line with customer Group policies and procedures - Demonstrate care, empathy, and confidence in every task to build trust and act with integrity towards customers, partners, and brokers Qualifications Required: - College degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in similar processes - Good oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Basic job and financial services industry knowledge Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, dedicated to helping organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
