Senior Associate Corporate Finance - Expenses and Accruals

As a Corporate Accountant at Trimont, you will be responsible for understanding assigned transactions for Trimont's operating companies and ensuring accurate and timely recording in the general ledger. Your role will report to the Associate Director Corporate Finance and align with the work stream of Expense accounting and Accruals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as administrator for Concur expense and invoice products, managing user access and workflows - Ensure accurate reflection of all Concur integration activity in the general ledger as per the close calendar - Timely month-end accruals for assigned accounts - Monthly reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts and resolution of reconciling items within 30 days - Provide monthly variance analysis for all material assigned accounts - Maintain fixed asset schedules and process monthly depreciation entries - Analyze 1099-MISC expenses monthly, prepare and file Forms 1099-MISC annually **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in Accounting - Minimum 4 years of related work experience including month-end close and account analysis - Strong attention to detail and reporting timeframes with a focus on efficiency and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Experience with NetSuite and Concur preferred - Ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers - Self-motivated, independent, and able to take ownership of tasks - Deadline driven with effective communication skills at all organizational levels At Trimont, we believe in ongoing learning, growth, and thriving in a culture driven by values.
