Senior Associate, Accounts Payable

You will be responsible for owning end-to-end accounting processes for one division, interacting with vendors and associates, entering data into the operations tracking system, performing billing analysis to maximize cash receipts, analyzing billing trends, assisting the credit/collections team, preparing and distributing reports, handling ad hoc projects and requests, as well as serving as a backup to the billing team. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5-7 years of Accounting experience, the ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels while maintaining confidentiality, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, quick adaptability in a dynamic business environment, knowledge of accounting practices and regulations, and understanding the needs of a multi-company environment.
