About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ML/DL models for real-world business problems.
• Develop solutions in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, business) to build scalable AI products.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment on cloud platforms.
• Integrate AI/ML pipelines with modern MLOps practices.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools to bring innovation to projects.
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch and ML lifecycle management.
• Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs (LangChain, HuggingFace, VectorDBs, RAG).
• Cloud proficiency in AWS / Azure / GCP with deployment knowledge.
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker / Kubernetes.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.
• Experience with data engineering pipelines and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning).
• Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects.
