Key Responsibilities

• Handle design projects end-to-end from concept to construction
  
• Develop and present creative, feasible design proposals
  
• Adjust plans based on Principal Architects direction and client feedback
  
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  
• Create mood boards, scaled sketches, renderings, and layouts
  
• Manage client coordination and vendor communication
  
• Research materials, technologies, and design trends
  
• Ensure adherence to budget, safety standards, and local planning regulations
  
• Maintain and manage samples library and project documentation
  
• Produce high-quality 3D elevations and interior renders

• Education

  : BE in Architecture (mandatory)

• Experience

  : 4 to 5 years (must have proven working experience as an Architect)

Key Skills

• Proficiency in 2D & 3D drawing tools:

• Strong understanding of space planning, corporate interior design, and turnkey construction
  
• Ability to produce walkthroughs, mood boards, and high-quality renderings
  
• Excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills
  
• Strong creativity, visual thinking, and attention to detail
  
• Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and regulations
