Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and approval of comprehensive working drawings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and draftsmen in developing high-quality technical drawings and details.
• Ensure timely updates and revisions to documentation based on design changes, consultant inputs, and site conditions.

2. Consultant Coordination & Design Integration

• Oversee coordination with structural (RCC), plumbing, electrical, landscape, and architectural consultant teams to deliver fully integrated and conflict-free designs.
• Review and validate consultant drawings, identify inconsistencies, and drive effective resolution through structured communication.
• Ensure all coordinated drawings reflect architectural intent and support constructability.

3. Site Supervision & Technical Oversight

• Conduct advanced site inspections to monitor design implementation and evaluate construction progress.
• Provide authoritative technical guidance to contractors, site engineers, and project managers, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Assess on-site challenges, propose solutions, and coordinate with design teams to resolve issues promptly.

4. Design Review & Value Engineering

• Lead the evaluation of design proposals, materials, systems, and construction methods to ensure optimal functionality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Recommend value engineering solutions that enhance project feasibility without compromising design vision or quality.
• Support refinement of construction details to improve buildability and reduce risks.

5. Land Feasibility & Development Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for land parcels, including permissible FSI, zoning regulations, site potential, and development constraints.
• Prepare and review massing options, area calculations, and conceptual layouts to assess project viability.
• Provide strategic insights to support early-stage planning and client decision-making.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential projects with demonstrated expertise in working drawings and project coordination.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of building codes, bylaws, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
