Senior Architect- JD/Responsibilities 1. Designing/Drafting Concepts, sanction drawing, details, working drawing 2. Helping with the PPT Preperations to HOD 3. Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles 4. Excellent portfolio of previous works 5. Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design. 6. Basic Knowledge of Building Materials 7. Coordination with service consultants 8. Good knowledge about the sanction drawings for all kind of sanctions 9. Concept, schematic, sanctions, Design Development & GFC stage coordination and stage closure 10. Basic Structural knowledge to read structural drawings with out any effort for coordination 11. Basic MEP Knowledge for coordination with services consultants. 12. BYE LAWS/ NBC 13. Site visits during Project Execution and Coordination 14. Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders. 15. Project Documentation and Reporting: Qualifications And Skills 16. Bachelor's degree in Architecture 17. Member of Council of Architecture 18. Ability to Listen and Comprehend the needs of the hour 19. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with , team members, and stakeholders. WORK DONE EARLIER : DRAWINGS / DETAILINGS / COORDINATIONS / CONCEPTS DEVELOPMENT / SURVEYS / REPORTS ETC. Requirements 20. You must have minimum 8 to 10 years of experience 21. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, Revit & 3DS Max 22. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
