Job Description

As a member of the Applied Research Team at Adobe, you will be at the forefront of applying cutting-edge technologies in practical and user-centric applications. Your primary focus will be on implementing and optimizing generative AI solutions for a range of applications in graphics and design. This includes developing sophisticated image processing techniques and enhancing human-computer interaction interfaces using machine learning algorithms. You will be deeply involved in programming with languages like C++ and Python to develop robust, production-level software. Additionally, you will apply machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch for model development and efficient deployment in production environments. Your work will play a vital role in transforming theoretical AI advancements into impactful applications, constantly iterating to meet evolving user needs and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement and optimize generative AI solutions for graphics and design applications - Develop sophisticated image processing techniques - Enhance human-computer interaction interfaces using machine learning algorithms - Program in languages such as C++ and Python to develop production-level software - Apply TensorFlow and PyTorch for model development and efficient deployment in production environments - Transform theoretical AI advancements into impactful applications **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field - Strong background in mathematics, particularly in areas relevant to graphics like linear algebra, geometry, and numerical methods - Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python at a production level - Experience with shipping products to production - Knowledge of machine learning and AI techniques, especially as they apply to graphics and design - Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch, model conversion, and deploying models to production - Publication record in peer-reviewed journals or conferences is preferable - Ability to optimize algorithms for performance, especially in real-time applications - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate new solutions In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, Adobe is committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity.
