Role Overview: You will be acting as a technical lead and subject matter expert, responsible for complex issue resolution for third-party applications used in production and manufacturing. Your role will involve collaborating with software developers and engineering teams to support deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions. Additionally, you will lead large projects, upgrades, or cross-site implementations, design, integrate, and upgrade new manufacturing systems, tools, and technologies into the existing IT ecosystem. It will be your responsibility to document system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions. You will also be developing training strategies and supporting standards.
