Job Purpose The Senior Application Manager is the main point of contact for any support that the business may need on applications provided by IDS. He is responsible to manage new enhancement requests from the business but also from other IT teams to ensure applications are running with a high level of service and according standards from the company. The Senior Application Manager may also support IDS activities delivery for Digital initiatives. Information & Digital Services (IDS) About the Job Application Management Project Management Software Asset Management Application Rationalization Application support Business requirements management Duties & Responsibilities: Should have strong knowledge in Asp.Net, C# Sql Server, Web Services & Web API Should have experience in IDS Process, ITBM, SNOW Experience in Angular & React JS is added advantage Minimum of 2 years experience in leading the team Should have experience as Scrum master Knowledge in Project Architecture is required Experience in Estimating the Project Man hours Experience in Budget estimation Minimum 3 years experience in Azure Dev Ops Knowledge in Application rationalization is advantage Should be able to maintain the Software asset Management Should have strong communication & presentation skills Excellent Coordinating skills required with cross functional teams to deliver the applications. About You: The candidate must have Engineering graduate, with 6-10 years of experience in Business analyst and application management. He must be able to work in autonomy with an analysis mindset. Additionally if candidate has some IT development experience is more value added. Oral fluent English is mandatory. Must have 1- 2 years of experience in Angular / ReactJS Technology Strong Technical Knowledge like Asp.Net, C#, Sql Server, Web API, Azure dev Ops To perform the current duties, Prince2, ITIL training may be useful but not mandatory.
