Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain
highly scalable Android apps and backend services
.
Flexibility across domains:

If Android-focused: contribute to backend APIs and services.
If Backend-focused: contribute to Android app development.

Ensure
reliability, scalability, and performance
of applications and services.
Collaborate with
product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps
to deliver features end-to-end.
Participate in
code reviews, design discussions, and drive best engineering practices
.

Requirements

7+ years
of professional software engineering experience.
At least
2+ years of hands-on experience
in both
Android
and
Backend
domains.

Android (preferred):

Strong proficiency in
Kotlin
(Java acceptable).
Experience with
Android SDK, UI/UX best practices, API integration
.

Backend (preferred):

Hands-on experience with
Golang
(Java acceptable).
Strong expertise in
microservices, RESTful APIs
.

General Skills:

Solid knowledge of
MySQL or TiDB
.
Strong foundation in
system design, algorithms, and data structures
.
Understanding of
cloud concepts
(scalability, distributed systems, networking, storage).
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
and
containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with
Kafka or other messaging systems
.
Exposure to frontend frameworks (
React, Angular
).
