Senior Analyst -Talent Partner

The role of a Senior Analyst - Talent Partner involves partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business. You will be responsible for providing timely information and education on HR issues to all levels of the company. In this role, you will analyze and interpret various employee reports such as compensation, job levels, and attrition to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions to the client group. Collaboration with the Learning & Development team will be necessary to work on value-added programs related to training, development, career mobility, and job performance. Additionally, you will be required to develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
