The ENS Automation team specialises in developing in-house solutions for firewall rule automation, DNS and F5 Load Balancer self-service, and Meraki & Cisco ACI orchestration, significantly reducing change execution workload by over 60%.


The Senior Analyst Programmer role within the ENS Automation team is crucial for shaping the future of enterprise network services. This position involves identifying, developing, and supporting self-service automations for global ENS operations. The candidate will collaborate with Operations, Delivery, and Engineering teams to drive automation strategies, focusing on building a robust API-enabled CI/CD pipeline alongside test automation suites. Their efforts will ensure that metrics, reports, and dashboards are implemented to facilitate continuous improvements. The role requires hands-on experience in system software analysis, development, testing, and maintenance within the infrastructure domain. Responsibilities include designing automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code practices, implementing DevOps and Agile methodologies, and migrating existing on-premises automations to cloud-native services. This position is pivotal in enhancing efficiency, enabling delivery across global teams, and advancing technological strategies to benefit both the business and its customers.

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in software development and automation, possessing at least 4 years of experience in programming languages such as Python or PowerShell or C#. Your experience in cloud infrastructure technologies like AWS or Azure or Google will be complemented. You have a proven track record in designing and implementing automation solutions, alongside excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Your ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment is essential.
