About your role

• The position is for a Java Development Specialist in Fidelity International. The role involves doing development involving core skills of Java (OOPS, Collections, Multi- Threading), SQL, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Hibernate etc.
• Knowledge of working in Agile Team with DevOps principles would be an additional advantage.
• This would also involve intensive interaction with the business and other Technology groups, and hence strong communications skills and the ability to work under pressure are absolute must.
• The candidate is expected to display professional ethics in his/her approach to work and exhibit a high-level ownership within a demanding working environment.

About you

• Strong experience in Java development with deep understanding of OOPS, Collections, and Multithreading
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and ORM frameworks like JPA/Hibernate
• Skilled in designing and developing REST and SOAP web services
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and TDD using JUnit/Mockito
• Solid grasp of SQL and database schema design, preferably with Oracle
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or CloudFoundry
