Senior Analyst - Client Managed Services - Rebase Services

As a Senior Analyst - Client Managed Services - Rebase Services at Nasdaq, you will have the exciting opportunity to focus on developing and implementing software solutions for our Cloud clients. Your role will involve collaborating with a team of subject-matter experts to assist clients in upgrading Calypso versions efficiently and cost-effectively, thus enabling them to leverage the latest improvements in Calypso technology. In this position, you will work closely with clients to define the scope of automated regression tests, build and execute test scripts using our internal CATT tool, and communicate and address any issues detected during testing. Additionally, you will collaborate with various internal teams to coordinate the resolution of any identified issues and provide regular updates to management on the progress of the testing process. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on IT projects within the capital markets industry, with at least 2 years of experience in Calypso implementation or upgrade from both technical and functional perspectives. A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or IT is required, along with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in test automation, relevant finance qualifications such as CFA, IMC, or CISI, and familiarity with other financial applications like Murex, Finastra, Aladdin, and more. Proficiency in using Bloomberg Terminal, knowledge of market data sources, and regulations impacting investment banks and asset managers are also advantageous.
