Senior Analyst - Client Accounting Services (US)

As a Senior Analyst at Sikich, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting activities and client interactions. Sikich is a global company specializing in technology-enabled professional services, offering a dynamic environment where your work can truly make a difference. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform daily accounting activities such as AP management & AR management - Create and send invoices for clients - Conduct monthly close activities - Prepare financial statements - Develop and manage reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports - Build one-on-one relationships with US-based clients and project leads - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports to clients - Lead quality project deliverables and client engagements - Demonstrate leadership skills and manage internal/external expectations - Develop training content and provide technical trainings to team members **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Masters Degree in Accounting is preferred, CA certification is a plus - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic - Organizational skills to deliver client reports within scheduled time frames - Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail - Knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting systems - Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Problem-solving and innovation skills to address technical production challenges As a part of the Sikich team, you will enjoy a range of benefits including family health insurance, life & accident insurance, maternity/paternity leave, performance-based incentives, referral bonus program, exam fee reimbursement policy, Indian festival holidays, 5-day working week, meals facility, and doctor's consultation.,
