Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence HR/Talent Analytics

As a Data Analyst at Gallagher, you will play a crucial role in extracting, cleansing, and transforming data into actionable insights that drive business value. Working as an individual contributor, you will maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and be proactive in learning new skills to meet evolving business requirements. Your expertise in data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques will be instrumental in contributing to the success of our team. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and validating customer data, overseeing the deployment of data to the data warehouse, and collaborating with the IT department to implement software and hardware upgrades for leveraging big data use cases. You will monitor analytics and metrics results, implement new data analysis methodologies, and perform data profiling to identify anomalies. Your strong technical skills in MS PowerBI, SQL, MS Excel, ETL packages (Visual Studio or Informatica), Python, and R will be essential in performing these tasks effectively. In addition to your technical skills, you will possess critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR & Talent Data and Analytics domain. Your knowledge of database management, business analysis, and data reporting will be key in driving insights and supporting decision-making processes within the organization.
