Senior AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions to solve real-world problems at scale. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent systems using various techniques such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning. Your contributions will be key in shaping the AI strategy, from research to production-level implementation of machine learning models. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models with a focus on deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. - Lead AI projects from research and prototyping to production, ensuring successful implementation. - Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define AI strategies and seamlessly integrate solutions into existing systems. - Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, applying innovative techniques to tackle business challenges effectively. - Mentor junior engineers, imparting best practices in AI development, testing, and deployment. - Optimize models for enhanced performance, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. PhD preferred. - Over 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of successful projects. - Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. - Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices is advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
