Senior AI Engineer - Machine Learning

As a Senior AI Engineer at our organization, you will be a valuable member of our Digital Engineering team, specifically dedicated to driving Innovation Initiatives. Your primary focus will be on contributing to cutting-edge AI-driven platforms and future-trend projects. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and play a key role in the development of scalable AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative AI solutions for upcoming trends, rapidly prototyping and delivering impactful features, integrating existing libraries and datasets for novel applications, building select features from the ground up as needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams on AI innovations, and proactively enhancing systems based on AI trends. You will also participate in agile development processes and deliver frequent, incremental outputs to drive continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions. You should have a strong command of Python, and familiarity with Java and R, as well as expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras is essential, along with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Additionally, you should have knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, be familiar with agile development methodologies, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
