Key Objectives for team of agronomists Faster and more coherent deployment of strategic initiatives - P doctrine, 4Rs, customization, climate action, digital agronomy, human Nutrition Stronger institutional presence and engagement with Indian research & decision makers. C onducting Field Trials : Establish field trials to assess the performance of TSP and other products across various agro-climatic regions. These trials will provide data on crop yield, soil health, environmental impact and cost-effectiveness. Reliable and Trusted advisor for farmers, stakeholders & decision makers : Enhanced visibility as a science based and field driven partner in India Farmer Data Collection & Advisory Services : Gather real-time data from farmers on their crop practices, inputs, and outcomes. Provide advisory services to improve productivity and promote the efficient use of fertilizers, focusing on the benefits of TSP, TSP+ and separate nutrition management. Promotion and Awareness of Triple Super Phosphate (TSP) and other new product : Educate farmers on the benefits of TSP through demonstrations, workshops, and advisory programs. Build awareness around proper use, dosage, and its long-term benefits for crop productivity, soil health, human nutrition and environmental impact . Monitoring of digital and agri-tech initiatives implemented by various companies in the state. Developing and digitizing a database of farmers that includes demographics, agricultural practices, tools utilized, and levels of digital adoption. Would assist in a new ventures in the area digital agriculture and Agri tech initiatives. Collaboration with Universities and Research Institutions : Partner with agricultural universities and research organizations to validate trial results, access academic expertise, and jointly develop innovative agricultural practices. Talent Development : To acceleration of talent development within the local agronomy team. Role and Responsibilities: integrated agronomy team, from strategy to field execution Design, coordinate, and supervise all agronomic and scientific programs Ensure technical quality, scientific rigor, and alignment with global vision, strategic objectives and methodologies, Improve coordination, quality, and scientific value of field programs Serve as strong interfaces and strengthen our institutional presence and engagement : universities, research institutes, authorities, partners, Act as technical mentors to support and empower field agronomists, states teams and our ecosystem in general to execute trials & agronomic programs, engage with farmers & stakeholders and generate field data.
