Job Description:
The Admission Counselor acts as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. The role involves guiding students through the admission process, answering queries, assessing their needs, and helping them choose the right course or program.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about academic programs and admission procedures.
Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Follow up with leads and maintain proper records in CRM.
Provide information on scholarships and financial aid.
Understand student needs and provide suitable course recommendations.
Maintain ethical and transparent communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
