Job Description

Qualifications and Skills • 3-4 years of experience in administrative or similar roles • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Flexible with timings and easy adaptable • Should be good in excel, word, ppt, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field (preferred) Roles & Responsibilities • Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, documents, and records • Taking care of Facility Management [Checking daily needs at office, coordinating with housekeeping supervisors and security guards to ensure they do their jobs, facility to be maintained neat and clean all the time, allotment of desk keys, workstation keys] • Tracking asset movements • Handling exit clearances • Maintain and update employee access cards records • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents • Manage office supplies, stationary, equipment, and maintenance • Handle petty cash management and reimbursements • Assisting finance team if requiredRole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
