Job Description

Job Title:

About the Role

proactive and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts in
Tally/Zoho Books
.
Manage day-to-day accounting entries (purchase, sales, expenses, banking transactions).
Prepare and file
GST returns
(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) as per regulations.
Handle
TDS/TCS calculations, deductions, and return filings
.
Prepare
MIS reports, Balance Sheet, P&L statements, and reconciliations
.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under
Companies Act, Income Tax Act
, and other laws.
Coordinate with
auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
during audits.
Monitor
cash flow, receivables, payables
, and assist in
budget planning
.
Ensure timely payments of
taxes, vendor bills, reimbursements, and statutory dues
.
Support management in
financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning
.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
.
Professional certifications (
CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance
) preferred but not mandatory.
2–5 years
of relevant experience in accounting & finance (preferably in a Pvt. Ltd. company).
Proficiency in
Tally ERP, Zoho Books, and MS Excel
.
Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS/TCS, and statutory compliances
.
Excellent
analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Compensation

25,000 – 30,000 per month
