Job Description

Job Summary:

Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
Support monthly/quarterly/annual closing and audit processes.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
Maintain accurate financial records in accounting software (Tally/ERP, etc.).
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter preferred).
3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to Have:

Experience in handling audits.
Familiarity with payroll processing.
Knowledge of MIS reporting.
