Senior Accounts Executive

You are a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. Your role involves handling daily accounting activities such as journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. Additionally, you will be preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and other statutory compliances. You will collaborate with internal departments and external auditors for audits and compliance checks. Utilizing your expertise in Tally ERP and SAP, you will generate and analyze financial reports, monitor project-related expenses, vendor bills, and site-wise cost allocation. Your responsibilities also include assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while ensuring adherence to the company's accounting policies and internal control systems. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (M.Com preferred) and have a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Tally Prime and SAP is essential, along with a sound understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and taxation laws. Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills are crucial, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure. Preferred qualifications include experience in the infrastructure, construction, or real estate industry, as well as working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
