Job Description

As a Senior Accountant in Ahmedabad with 2 to 4 years of experience and a degree in B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent, your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the complete accounting cycle, which involves journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, reconciliations, and ensuring month-end closing procedures are executed efficiently. - Overseeing GST, TDS, and other tax calculations to guarantee timely filing and compliance with regulations. - Supervising junior accounting staff to maintain accuracy in daily accounting operations. - Preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and providing assistance during audits. - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. - Collaborating closely with management for budgeting and forecasting purposes. To excel in this role, you should have the following skills: - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance. - Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel. - Good grasp of accounting standards and financial reporting. - Ability to lead a small team effectively and manage deadlines. - Analytical mindset with great attention to detail. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. The working hours for this full-time position are Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The work location is in person.,
