As an Accountant at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and updating financial records, ledgers, and accounts following company policies. - Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow. - Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and assisting in filing GST, TDS, income tax returns, etc. - Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. - Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters or CA Inter is a plus). - Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar finance role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, the following qualifications are preferred: - Experience in a specific industry such as manufacturing or construction. - Knowledge of specific tax laws, ERP systems, or advanced reporting tools. This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work location is in person.
