Job Description

Explain course options effectively using different methods after understanding student profiles and challenges. Guide potential students to enrol in institute programs by providing accurate and complete program and admission information. Be an excellent communicator with strong people skills, and be comfortable presenting program details over the phone. Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, referrals, and other sources, and convert these walk-ins into registrations. Handle objections and negotiate pricing to meet sales revenue targets. Continuously learn and upgrade product knowledge and sales skills to exceed targets. Engage with parents to ensure both students and parents are aligned with the student's future goals. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth engagement and lead generation. Desired Candidate Profile : Any UG/PG graduate. 1 year of experience in the IT/EdTech industry with B2B/B2C work experience and team handling. Excellent active listening and communication skills. Patient, friendly, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks. Socially perceptive with an understanding of body language. Proficient in ICT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
