Academic Counselor for our new branch in Cochin . This role is ideal for candidates with experience in IT and DM (Direct Marketing) within the Education Sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing relationships with customers, handling client queries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers (students, parents, educational institutions). Lead Generation and Follow-up : Utilize direct marketing strategies to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into students. Institutional Development : Work closely with educational institutions to establish partnerships and promote services. Consultation and Guidance : Provide expert consultation to students and parents about courses, admissions, and services offered. Problem Resolution : Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Data Entry and CRM Updates : Maintain and update customer information, lead status, and relevant interactions in CRM tools. Performance Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports on lead conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and sales targets. Collaboration : Work with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to implement strategies and enhance customer experience. Qualifications : Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales, preferably in the education sector. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven experience in IT and DM (Direct Marketing) strategies. Ability to work in a team and meet targets. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Knowledge of CRM tools and customer database management. Education: Graduation in any discipline. Preference for candidates with a background in education, marketing, or business.
