Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC team, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include managing staff, scheduling work, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of services performed. Qualifications Supervisory Skills: Ability to manage a team effectively, including scheduling and overseeing work HVAC and Troubleshooting: Expertise in HVAC systems and proficiency in identifying and resolving issues Preventive Maintenance: Experience in conducting regular preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad Relevant certifications in HVAC technology and maintenance are beneficial
