Primary Responsibilities: Generate and manage business opportunities, overseeing the entire sales process through successful closure. Achieve quarterly sales goals, consistently delivering on targets. Develop a robust sales pipeline, diligently qualifying opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts. Pursues the development of new clients and business opportunities within the vertical markets and geographic regions directed by Sales Management. In collaboration with Sales, Administrative, and Field Operations Management, handles estimating work, writing proposals, managing vendors, managing contracts, and overseeing the general prosecution of work orders and service agreements. Generates leads to larger retrofit or modernization projects, working in conjunction with Sales Management and colleague Project Managers (PM). Depending on experience and skills, the AM may handle most or all the larger project duties in lieu of handing over the project to a PM. Analyzes the scope, complexity, schedule, and general resource requirements of potential sales opportunities to ensure alignment with the Company’s capabilities and business plans. Schedules and conduct customer visits with new and existing customers. Regularly participates in job walks, building surveys, and client and/or job site visits. Builds strong relationships both internally with customers and externally across the organization. Participate in contract and work-in-progress (WIP) review meetings. Represents the Company at designated industry and social events. Required Skills: 5-8 years of proven sales experience, specializing in Major Telecom & ISP Accounts in India Minimum 3 years of successful sales in Wi-Fi APs, Switches, SDWAN, UBR and wired networking products and services. Track record of achieving sales quotas and maintaining career stability. Proficient in closing large deals. Exceptional presentation skills tailored to both executives and individual contributors. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, independent thinker capable of navigating deals through the selling cycle. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Primary Responsibilities: Create and manage schematics, PCB layout s , and BOMs to ensure reliable and high-performance hardware designs. Design and develop complex mult i -layer PCB layouts for high-density designs, with a focus on signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management. Collaborate with cross-functional team s to define design specifications and ensure they align with system requirements. Perform signal and power integrity analysis, including grounding, trace routing, and impedance control. Work closely with external manufacturers to ensure that designs are optimized for fabrication, assembly, and cost- efficiency. Develop test strategies and validation methods to ensure design reliability and performance of hardware designs. Manage design revisions and perform continuous improvements on existing designs. Provide technical support during prototype builds and assist in troubleshooting design-related issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, including safety and regulatory requirements. Support selection and provide direction to CMs throughout the development process. Report to senior leaders on project status, roadblocks, and escalation requests. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineer ing, computer engineer ing, or a related field 8+ years of experience in hardware design and testing with a focus on complex embedded and connectivity systems Expertise in high-performance computer system design, including computer system architecture, high-speed digital interfaces (e.g., PCIe, USB, Ethernet) power supply design and distribution. Strong proficiency in PCB design includes schematics capture and layout using industry-standard tools such as Mentor Graphics, Altium, Eagle, or KiCad . Hands - on Experience with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscope, logic analyzers, and signal generators. Hands on Experience in designing hardware for any networking products such as a WIFI Access point, L2/L3 Switches, SDWAN, Gateway and edge computing Platforms Solid Knowledge of embedded systems and processor architectures (ARM -based systems, Qualcomm, RealTeK, Media Tek, Marvel chipset). Familiarity with wireless connectivity protocols (e. g.. , Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, BLE, NFC, UWB) and best practice for coexistence and de - sense mitigation. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex hardware and system issues. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines
