Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our team and support students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have completed relevant training and demonstrate a genuine commitment to inclusive education. Freshers with the right skills and attitude are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs. Work closely with parents, therapists, and general educators to support student development. Adapt teaching materials and methods to meet students’ varied abilities. Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed. Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student performance and behavior. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or equivalent. Certification in special education (RCI approved preferred, if applicable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with special needs. Eligibility Criteria: Fresher with relevant coursework, internship, or volunteer experience in special education. Experienced Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of assistive technologies and adaptive learning techniques. Ability to manage and engage students with diverse challenges (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning disabilities). Familiarity with classroom behavior management strategies.
