We're on the lookout for a highly motivated SEO & SMO Specialist to join our marketing team and help drive online visibility, engagement, and traffic growth. Key Responsibilities: SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits. Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, content, internal linking, etc.). Manage off-page SEO activities including link building and outreach. Monitor and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO best practices. SMO (Social Media Optimization): Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories). Analyze social media metrics and suggest improvements. Run paid social media campaigns (optional but preferred). Collaborate with the content and design teams for aligned marketing efforts. Required Skills: Proven experience in SEO and SMO (2-5 years). Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog). Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress. Solid understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors. Strong knowledge of social media trends and engagement strategies. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other PPC platforms. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
