As a Senior SEM Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing paid search campaigns, driving ROI, and enhancing conversions through data-driven strategies. Your role will involve developing and executing high-performing SEM strategies for eCommerce and lead generation. You will manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media platforms, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns. Conducting comprehensive keyword research, optimizing ad copy and landing pages, and monitoring campaign budgets to achieve optimal ROI will be key responsibilities. Your skills will include SEM/PPC Management, Keyword Research & Bidding, Campaign Optimization, A/B Testing & CRO, Budget & ROI Management, Google Analytics & Tag Manager, Landing Page Optimization, Audience Targeting, Feed Management (Google Merchant Center), Basic HTML/CSS/JS (Tracking), Data Analysis & Reporting, and staying updated with PPC Trends & Updates. You should have excellent English communication skills and at least 6 years of experience in SEM/PPC management, specifically in eCommerce and international markets. A proven track record of managing high-budget Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns with strong ROI, expertise in keyword research, bid management, audience targeting, and ad performance optimization are required. Proficiency in Google Ads tools like Editor, Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio, along with experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization is essential. Knowledge of Google Shopping Ads, Dynamic Search Ads, Display Network, and Google Merchant Center is also required. You will collaborate with SEO, content, and web development teams to ensure seamless cross-channel marketing integration. Tracking and reporting on key PPC metrics, analyzing search trends, ad performance, and audience behavior, and staying updated with Google Ads updates and industry trends are part of your responsibilities. The ability to interpret campaign data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions is crucial, along with the familiarity with feed management tools and bid management platforms.
